The first meeting we have together is an important one, it's a time for us both to get to know each other. You will decide whether you like what our I have to say about our Company and the way we do business and, most importantly, if you feel you would like to form a business relationship with me. The meeting will usually take a minimum of an hour, depending on the complexity of your financial circumstances.
I will be using this opportunity to find out more about your current financial position, your financial hopes, dreams and goals and most of all your fears and worries. This fact finding exercise is the cornerstone of a tailor-made financial plan and forms the basis of the advice that you will be given.
I will then conduct the necessary research relevant to your financial position and prepare a written recommendation which will be either mailed or emailed to you (depending on your preference) and a second meeting will be arranged to discuss the recommendations made.
Often other financial issues arise at this stage, which I will also be addressing.
There is no obligation for you to proceed further and I do not charge a fee for my time up to this point. Obviously we would hope that you would do us the honour of becoming one of our clients and if you wished to go ahead I would explain all fees and charges associated with doing so in a transparent manner.
As part of our ongoing service, I will be in contact you regularly to make sure that your circumstances haven't changed, or if they have how that will have an impact on your financial plan.
